Sometimes we are so close to problems that we "cannot see the forest for the trees" and get stuck in "wrong solution cycles", repeating the same behaviors, but expecting different results.  

Asking for help takes courage, an open mind, and a willingness to  trust that somebody might listen, understand and provide useful ideas.
